"Very humble office, but that’s not what I’m paying for. His services took care of my pain in my lower back. He was quick and efficient and didn’t string me along with extra sessions that I didn’t need. The price was right, for acupuncture in the area. What else do you need?"

"Absolutely terrible service! For starters, when I went In to fill out the paperwork,he handed me a clip board with a patient form along with patients medical records and copy of an ID card in the back. That's a HUGE HIPPA VIOLATION!I tried to tell him about it and he cut me off and didint listen to me. I went on to tell him I have pain in my back and neck as well as migraines. He asked me if I have pain in my arms and legs and I told him no. Anyhow, we went into the room and it was like he couldn't communicate with me properly. Instead of telling me how to lay down on my side , he adjusted my arms and legs for me, and said we will only do one side of my body for 95$. That is a bad deal but I was desperate because my regular pain management clinic has nothing available. He put needles in my arms and legs.. why?? I don't have pain there ? He was rushing and not doing anything carefully. When he was trying to wipe the area with alcohol he was not diligent in the slightest. I couldn't even feel the alcohol on my skin. He barely cleaned the area.. He was rushing. Put needles in my hands.. I tried to tell him again that it was not for that area of my body and of course again, he did not listen to me. First of all, why didint we talk about where he was going to put the needles at before he put them in? That's important to communicate with the patient. But clearly, he has trouble speaking English. He left and shortly after he walked out of the room I could feel my legs and hands go numb. My neck and back hurt even more! So I yelled "hello" when he came back in I told him to take all of the needles out. I was anxious and frustrated and about to leave. He told me to lay down and have water. Then asked if I was going to be driving. I walked to the clinic, I didint drive. I would think usually after acupuncture, you can get up and leave. I was not sedated, legally I can leave on my own... I think he knows he messed up so I had to stay. He came back in and asked me if I drove there? I told him twice already I didint drive?! You clearly can't listen and are super thoughtless in regards to your patients. Terrible service, learn how to speak English better when your business is in arizona, LISTEN to your patients, don't rush. I'm also reporting this facility for the HIPPA violation and careless behavior. They can have fun with that phone call"

"I am so happy to found this place because, just from the first therapy my neck pain and nubmness on my arms and legs desapear; and I returned it to continue doing my regular basic activities. Before ,I can't move my neck,driving with pain and feeling nubness.Be strong ,dont feel afraid. You only need to do is don't move and relax if cause you a little pain but you will feel back to earh after therapy be conclude it."

"Dr. Piao was my savior ！ Three years ago， i was diagnosed with pinch nerve at my lower lumbar spine. i could hardly walk up to the second floor. My left leg was numb and sometimes experienced sever shooting pain. Doctor told me there was no cure. He suggested me to see the physical therapist. I did for about 6 months. it relieved the pain for couple of days and then it came back. I found Dr Piao by luck through google search. His fee looked very reasonable. I got very little to lose so i gave him a shot. We met in his phoenix office and he told me he could cure me and asked me to try for 12 sessions. I didnt really believe him. But he did look sincere. So what the hell，the pain was killing me. I just needed some relief. To make long story short，his magical needles worked. I felt almost no pain after 6 sessions. and then at our eight session， he told me i was cured and there was no need to come back. By then， the pain was completely gone. But what kind of doctor would turn away more money？ what an awesome guy！ For the next three years， i live totally pain free. i am cured. Thank you， Dr. Piao. You are amazing！"
