"I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. When you're there in person, you are rushed and the staff does not take the time to answer your questions. NO HYGIENE OF INSTRUMENTS! They ask you to put your bare feet on a metal foot measuring device that has not been sanitized. Nor did I observe the staff clean the device after my foot was measured. PHONE CALLS Getting answers by phone is difficult. You're put on hold forever, and many times after holding for a long time, THEY HANG UP ON YOU! This is so uncaring and disrespectful. The worst was holding for a long time, then someone answers and says they'll be right with me, ONLY TO HANG UP. I called right back and got the message that said they were closed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."
"My mom wanted new diabetic shoes from Hanger Clinic. Marsha worked with her and went the extra mile to get the right fit! She tried several different things for comfort and helped my mom understand neuropathy. She was very patient and professional at each appointment. Marsha never gave up until my mom was completely satisfied. Thanks a million!"
"I just left my appointment with Dr. Feulner with the biggest smile on my face. He was understanding, he was patient, and he was not afraid to take the time to describe to me the information I needed to understand. The front desk staff were amazing as well, and I honestly can't wait to go back. I appreciate everyone here so much!"
"This place is a disgrace. It's impossible to make an appointment. You stay on hold for 30 minutes and then they hang up on you. If someone opened a clinic that gave these same types of services, they would be booming with business. The people who work there should be ashamed of themselves! I give them -0 stars. They don't care about you or your business."
"I’d put 0 stars if I could. Brought in a prescription from my doctor for a strap I needed post surgery. The lady in the front asked someone in the back about the doctor’s note I brought in and she turned me away saying the insurance won’t cover it and I needed to buy one at Big 5. I simply went to another location in Phoenix and was helped just fine."
