"Even if you are sitting by the phone waiting for your appointment, if you don't answer (it kicked to my voicemail because I received another unexpected call at the exact same time), I tried calling back twice and they don't return calls. They just do their paperwork until their next appointment. I literally called two minutes later once I realized what happened, and they do not call back. So my foster child has to wait now for nearly a month for benefits to be reinstated. I just got out of the hospital and am going to have major bills and they couldn't work with me. I have to say, the receptionist who answered, Catalina, was kind enough (hence a second star), but it's a less than impressive system and they could stand to reassess how they do things--especially when a situation like mine occurs. How could I have controlled getting an unexpected call at the exact same time? The WIC phone call was my priority and I got dismissed/my appointment got cancelled on a technicality I couldn't control. I understand life isn't fair, but that is just straight up wrong."

"I just moved from the west side of Arizona. Called on trying to fix my Benefits to over here and the lady Vicky was absolutely rude. Don’t recommend at all. I couldn’t believe the customer service here."

"Sometimes one of the front desk ladies can be kind of iffy. But the nurses are wonderful and they’re always informative!"

"I normally have always had fast efficient and overall great service here but as of recently I relocated and have been waiting 2 weeks to get papers/information transferred from this location to another, and the woman I spoke with assured me it would be done and take up to 48 hours to complete, and I provided her with the necessary information and the fax number, but I’m on 2 weeks no formula or food for my two boys, because we moved, and this office needs those papers and has not received them.... pretty let down and disappointed by the lack of simple work being done in a timely manner that doesn’t put my family in more of a bind than it already is financially and I don’t understand what takes 2 weeks when it comes to kids."

"This one receptionist/office has a rude tone of voice and is very unprofessional. She even talks smack about her clients instead of doing her work. Although all the nurse and other staffs do a good job."
