"They take to long I had an appointment at 8:30 and they didn’t call for my baby until 9:20 and there were other people getting in and out before me. They don’t give accurate test results and when you ask why they said their machines aren’t calibrated. So why would you think it’s ok to give parents test results if the information isn’t accurate? They have to send you somewhere else like the hospital to get accurate test results so the baby has to go through the same test twice for what?"
