"I am not pleased with this practice after my recent visit. The check in process was very easy with the app, because of this I expected to be seen quickly. This was not the case. I waited several minutes to even speak to a receptionist. Then after being taken back I was waiting in the exam room for an hour before I was seen. When the provider did finally show she was very kurt and did not apologize in any way for being so late. I would not recommend this practice or provider to a friend. I am very disappointed and don't know if I will be going back."

"It was a clean and efficient office visit however my prescriptions and referrals were not done until after I went back to the office in person. I am still unable to get into my medical portal and one of my referrals was for a test already done which I brought the test results in to add to my records. Everyone have be courteous. Hopefully things will improve."

"I had a great appointment with Logan Nichols. He ordered blood work. Since I wasn't fasting I waited until next morning to go to the lab. I asked clerk at desk to see if she had orders. Yes she did. She said to me in a very rude manner "You have to be fasting." I said I am. Then she said in her rude manner, "Do you have an appointment?" I said "that's why I'm here." I was told "no early morning appointments for 2 weeks. Two weeks to get lab work. I am sick now and can't imagine what good would lab results be in 2 weeks. The clerk told me there are walk ins at 12. One of the techs came out and told me 12:30. Well I waited and finally got my blood work done. The clerk did not tell me I'd need to go and register at the desk. I've never seen a lab where you have to make appointments and when a person is sick blood work can't be done. Maybe not enough people working? Who knows. Teach your clerk to speak to people in a kind way. By the way I worked as a med tech in a lab for many years (12 years.) We were not allowed to talk to the public like I was talked to."
