Aspen Dental - Casa Grande, AZ

"Over the weekend I cracked my tooth and I was having pain. My original dentist was closed. Aspen dental was able to get me in right away, on a Saturday for an emergency appointment. They did an exam and x-rays and that was all. They did not help or address the pain or even smooth the sharp edge that was poking my tounge on the side and causing it to bleed and swell. I was scheduled for a crown prep, and 2 weeks later a crown set with a cleaning and it was over $1,700 and I would have to miss school. Overall I canceled my appointments my original dentist got me in first thing Monday morning at 7 am for a same day fix. I was in and out before 10:00 am."

"Very friendly folks. Both of the Docs I encountered seemed like guys I would want to work on me; competent, respectful and able to hear what their staff was telling them. Front desk was nice, Hygienists' were sharp, pleasant and relatively gentle (tough to do with sharp objects in your mouth). Shout outs to Colleen and Marsha. AND, they took my insurance, no problem. "They forgot me in the waiting room for an hour and a half!! I thought with a 4.7 rating I should have a good experience. Not. All is fine while you have a smile on your face. When I asked if they forgot about me it was like it was my fault. Seen the dentist and it was like I had the plague. Stood across the room with his mask on. Got close enough to look in my mouth for a minute and then told me somebody would be by and let me know the financial side of things. At first, I agreed to the procedure and the cost. Then had a second dentist appointment at a different dentist office and lo and behold. The cost came in at a quarter of the cost. At Aspen dental the fix was going to cost me $800 the dentist office down the road $300. I went back the next day cancelled my appointment and got my deposit back. My how friendly they were not. When I mentioned the difference in cost, it was like my problem I should do my own homework. I agree I should do my own homework. A dental office should not be gouging. At the end of the day. I’m glad I cancelled my appointment and moved on. Just remember everybody’s friendly when they want your money. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone."

"I never thought I would leave a good review for a dentist, but I guess there is a first time for everything. I broke a tooth a few months back and couldn’t stand the pain any longer and called Aspen Dental first thing in the morning, they were able to get me in (thanks to a cancellation) later that afternoon. Everyone in the office was super friendly, informative, patient and understanding! I walked out with my next 3 appointments scheduled and am actually looking forward to going back."
