"Hard to rate my complaint. The buildings and coffee shop look amazing, alot of work went into upgrades since I was there last. HOWEVER, theres no freaking changing tables. Really guys, a medical center without changing tables!?!?! So, my handicap self had to kneel on a dirty bathroom floor, put down a baby blanket to lay and change my granddaughter. Ewww!"

"The physician performed a final fusion and laminectomy and left me with nerve damage in my left foot. I am now wheelchair- and walker-bound. The physician also told me I didn't need her services anymore. She did not fulfill her medical services and dismissed me. I have to see a "real" neurologist and outpatient PT."

"Dr. Ashok Narayan showed no empathy towards my mother during her appointment and was in and out of that room in like 5 minutes. The second appointment was just useless and they could've just called her with her results. She was in the waiting room longer that she was with the actual doctor."

"Dr.Narayan was very personable and friendly, he was compassionate and concerned about my Chronic Migraine Headaches and the treatment of medication I was receiving prior to coming to him for help. My very first appointment he charged my medication that I had been taking for like 20 years and said to follow up with him in 2 weeks. Later that afternoon I received a telephone call from Dr Narayan personally who said he was reading over my Banner Medical Records and noticed I had had an MRI lol on my Brain 6 months prior when I was Hospitalized for a week. He asked about the Hospital stay and what took me there I explained it all. He said well I really would like to get another MRI to see if there’s been any changes in the past 6 months? I said absolutely not a problem. He said okay then except a call from Banner Imaging. Again I was impressed that Dr Narayan called me personally and didn’t have his Nurse or His office person call. He is a great Dr."

"We came in at 8 am for my son he had a fever and stomach pains. Signed in were told it would be an hour and a half wait. The time goes by i ask what's the estimated time of wait cause we still don't see our name on the screen she that risky tells me they are helping online check ins first that they are their priority. I asked why give us a time if it wasn't no where near close to the actual time she than yells at me tell me if i don't like it i can leave. Really after waiting here so long u want me to go wait somewhere else just for it to be the same thing. This receptionists feel so entitled to talk to us their customers who are the reason they can even have the comfort to sit there so rudely so heartless. We deserve better customer service cause a receptionist IS customer service"
