"Dr Duke is the Best, the stars do not reflect him, 20 stars for Dr Duke!! Unfortunately the check in people are rude, Leslie. More than one occasion. When I asked her name she immediate said Leslie, want my supervisor and started towards her office! Sounds like shes used to getting complaints. Doesnt seem to like her job. I was going to appointment. Afterwards in speaking to Leslie's supervisor (Deanne?) she has the same customer service skills backing up rude employee!"

"Been here for my 4 year old daughter for over an hour doctor that saw her said he couldn't do anything and wasn't going to do anything for an infection. And been waiting over 11 minutes for discharge papers that I've already been waiting 25 minutes since the doctor said he was sending her home. So that's over 35 minutes I've waited for them to do nothing for my daughter."

"I am really disappointed as I have for four years now either went in for myself or dropped off my children to the emergency facility and usually get good service. But I guess appearance means everything. You have to come in the hospital either feeling good in the best clothes ready to be humored instead of cared for. A loved one was seen tonight and the service was horrible. So horrible the person taking blood seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Not at all… So bad so that he had to be instructed to start the process over. Because of this person’s incompetence, the loved one experienced serious pain and discomfort. Everything was a joke… Everything was funny and made light. Their pain their suffering was hilarious to a point the joke was a question “Can you feel pain? Cause I can’t” ha ha ha, hilarious jokes and comments as if to say the pain of my loved one was non existent. Then having the nerve to have an attitude when it took some time for my love one to rise from not only leaving in pain but leaving from a traumatic experience of understanding some of the staff was not taking their health concerns and pain seriously. Without understanding this loved one, they prejudged and made them feel uncomfortable, not welcomed, rushed, and forced to mask any further show of pain. They left there with their concerns unresolved and still a mystery, exhausted after spending 5 to 6 hours. To be greeted with jokes which highlighted the workers lack of concern, compassion, and competence. I had to write this review because this behavior was not ok. The way my loved one was treated was not only unprofessional but also inhumane. It makes you wonder how someone could sit poke and probe and dig into someone until they bruise and still have a nasty aggressive attitude. Still manage to make light of someone’s pain unapologetically and have the honor to get paid to do it. The prestige to be titled to provide a service with great importance, yet such a complete disregard for one’s healing process, or even their medical care. I hope and pray this is an isolated incident and no one else is treated this way. And maybe just maybe whatever perspective the worker had of my loved one it can be isolated to one person. But permitted behaviors unfortunately continue and get worse. I am sadden by this review as I have always entered the emergency room with the utmost respect for all of the workers and for what they have to do each day to assist others. If this is a result of a burn out or being overworked it’s not ok. And I must say that experience and efficiency still remains crucial to providing optimum care to every patient even the patients we do not understand or can not relate to. I never thought I’d hear of judgemental care versus ethical care being done here. I needed to speak my peace and now understand that if my children and I go in there is a possibility me and family may have to face the same treatment. I’m deeply concerned…."

"I have been here before with Dr. Ghanta & he’s amazing! However, I went in for blood work today, to confirm my first pregnancy & had the worse experience. I had been made aware my insurance policy was inactive which I was fully aware of before the appointment. However it was a mistake on my insurance end & they simply asked me to ask the receptionist for a phone number to billing so my insurance can fix their own mistake, however when asking for a phone number some lady named “Angel” came out rudely interrupted me BEFORE I can simply ask the question for a phone number. Went into her office, came out & handed me a paper with no explanation until I asked what that was. She rudely said “It says inactive RIGHT THERE” referring to my policy, when I was not going to ask about that rather than a number to call so my insurance can fix this. I had to ask her to let me speak so I can even try to ask my question. once I asked for a number she said “ I don’t understand what you need” never had such an incompetent person not know what a number is & act so poorly. Such a nasty lady with a nasty attitude. Those are the type of people that give medical offices such a bad rep. Great way to ruin my first pregnancy confirmation experience!"
