"I went to this hospital after my first car accident. I was shaken up, overwhelmed with adrenalin, and angry at the person who caused the accident. The nurses were so helpful at helping me calm down. I was unsure if I was even injured due to the adrenalin but since my car was smooshed in half I felt it was necessary to see someone. Turns out I had broken a few ribs, bruised my collar bone, and suffered a lot of internal bruising. The doctor was so gentle and helpful with all of my annoying questions. I have had several issues at other hospitals but due to my experience here I will never go to another one unless I absolutely need to. THANK YOU ABRAZO BUCKEYE TEAM!!"

"Was sent to the ER by my Dr. I was there for pain near my stomach and abdomen. Long story short. Dr. Tull sent me home with no answers. Two days later I went to a different hospital not an (Abrazo). And they treated me with respect and told me my gallbladder had to come today. Which was 2/14. I will NEVER go to and any Abrazo hospital by choice."

"This facility was once our favorite when in need of medical treatment, but that’s quickly changed for the worse. Our first visit here the staff was VERY friendly and it was very apparent the staff at this location is motivated by Google reviews. Fast forward to our fourth visit and the quality of care has quickly diminished. So much so, that when we needed emergency attention for a third time for the same issue (seen previously for twice at this location) we drove 25 miles to receive medical care from elsewhere and left with answers and better quality of care. During our last visit the triage nurse (platinum blonde hair pulled back, possibly by the name of Mary?) was very obvious about her being annoyed by our need for care. Upon a second nurse also entering the room (brunette hair pulled back, and also named Mary?) the triage nurse was very quick to give her a look of being annoyed, accompanied by an eye roll, but quickly got quiet when she realized the spouse caught her interaction with the second nurse and she quickly disappeared there after. The second nurse was not any more of a healthcare professional than the triage nurse. She repeatedly INSISTED that we were being treated for kidney stones, even before being sent for imaging, and continuously made unhelpful comments “oh, yup! They’re doing the dance! That’s DEFINITELY KIDNEY STONES”. She was so confident that it was kidney stones that she was downplaying the patients reaction and repeatedly told him to “calm down and sit still”. At one point the patient was begging someone to help them with holding a puke bucket and after several seconds of inactivity from the nurses, the spouse stepped forward to hold the bucket all while as the nurses simply stood by to witness. Had the spouse not assisted the patient, the patient would’ve thrown up on themselves ANYONE LACKING EMPATHY FOR SOMEONE IN PAIN SHOULD NOT BE EMPLOYED AS A NURSE, LET ALONE HOLD A POSITION AT AN EMERGENCY ROOM!! All of that to say - IT WAS NOT KIDNEY STONES! The nurse that INSISTED she’s “seen this soooo many times” was incorrect and the patients care was compromised because of these nurses incorrect assumptions. It is very alarming that the nurses previously mentioned don’t wear their name badges in clear view. The triage nurse didn’t have her name badge displayed facing outward and the second nurse wears a jacket that conveniently covers her name badge from being properly displayed; hence the confusion with their names. Leadership needs to be paying attention to these issues and ongoing training should be administered to the nurses to ensure another patient doesn’t have a similar interaction. The entire point of someone arriving to this emergency facility if for medical treatment - it is extremely discouraging to experience nurses that cannot be bothered to display the appropriate amount of professionalism."

"I was in there for a foot fracture and was seen by Dr.Roberts he was very attentive and courteous. My nurse Kristi P. was the best! Very nice, welcoming and funny. I was there for about 2 hours and 30 minutes which is understandable due to x-rays. Overall great experience. Thank you."

"No way am I giving 5 stars to this cesspool. My husband had a very bad reaction to medicine. We first called paramedics, he didn't seem to be severe so we drove to emergency on Watson Rd. When R.N. Anna started taking vitals, she wanted him to keep still, but he had uncontrollable shakes. Then he got sick and had to use a bag to vomit. The bag collapsed a bit and a small mess happened. The look on her face was so potent she made us feel super uncomfortable. I asked my husband if he wanted to go somewhere else. She asked me why, so I told her, "I don't like you or your bad attitude. " she asked what I meant, so I reminded her. Fast forward 4 hours later, another rude nurse, told me that it's almost winter, so I need to think about dressing for the occasion, after asking her for a blanket, because I was freezing cold in their 5° below zero room, (sarcasm.) Why are cyborgs allowed to treat people that need help? I Hate this place. Buckeye is the worse."
