"I wasn't too thrilled when I got passed off from the physical therapist to an assistant, and then a different assistant on each visit. I was never told I was being handed off, but each time I went back I ended up with a different person having to re-explain my issue. What is even less thrilling is the bill I got in the mail, which is more than double compared to another PT place that I recently went to, using the same exact insurance. Update - got another bill in the mail. This place is more than TRIPLE the cost compared to the another PT place I used."
