"Staff was very helpful when I needed a little help due to a disability. The lady at the ticket booth was very polite and patient as was a young man she sent outside to help me. Theater was clean, projection and sound were great. It's nice to see real customer service in an industry mostly all automated now."

"I go to only Harkins Theaters. Normally, there are no issues, 5 stars. This location, on the other hand, I will never come back. Popcorn and drink lines took forever. Normally, I do not mind waiting, but we got there 25 minutes early and barely made it into the movie. It was starting as we walked in past the previews. The theater was sold out, but it was empty at the beginning, and it's because everyone else came in late from the food as well. The popcorn was stale and tasted old. The sound quality in the theater room was poor. The voices were quiet, the background noise muted. Seemed something was wrong with the system. You could hear everyone in the room over the movie. My speakers at home are better. I normally love Harkins. But this location either needs some upper management help or funding from headquarters for more staff and building/system updates. All the service was okay. They could have gone quicker, but for the most part, I think there were lots of people for an opening night and short staff."

"Comfortable clean theater, Service at the snack bar is terrible, very slow very slow very slow. I spoke to the manager to see if he could get them some help and he said that he was going to look for some and walked away without doing anything. Beware the popcorn is extremely salty- so salty we threw it away. A bag of popcorn and a drink is about $18 bucks so bring some cash, they have to make the money somehow."
