"Extremely disappointed with the post purchase follow-up. Obviously there have been significant global production challenges however the lack of follow up from the owners around when our couch will be completed has been very disappointing. We purchased and paid for in full our couch December 12th 2020. We continue to hear excuse after excuse via text from from owners wife about delays. Delivery of bad news is all about positioning. Texting partial information after the fact is not an appropriate method of communication. We will never be purchasing anything from Cortate Furniture ever again. Worst experience and extremely disappointing, especially when attempting to support local business."

"Cortate cannot be trusted. They are a one and done, turn and burn, fly by night sham that buries their customers in crappy furniture and false promises. They steered us to purchase a specific sofa brand stating that the manufacturer was “the best to work with” should issues arise. The piece is junk. It looked shabby within a month of purchase. Insult to injury, Cortate has largely ignored our attempts to resolve the issues over the past six months. Buying from Cortate was a huge mistake. We should have gone with a well established company that offers warranties and customer service vs. false promises and zero follow through. Do yourself a favor and avoid Cortate like the plague. They are crooks and deserve ZERO stars."

"Purchased an awesome couch here two years ago! We had a great experience and still love our couch. The couch we had made was built locally and is really great quality. We will be buying more from Cortate!! Thanks."

"Buyer Beware! Dishonest sales staff and owner at this store. We showed the sales staff the couch we wanted. They drew this couch on the invoice and the models numbers we thought would go with what they drew. They ordered the couch and it arrived much smaller with completely missing sections. The store owner says its our fault that we did not know the couch model numbers their sales staff wrote down. They also only delivered 3 of the 6 extra pillows we bought and paid in full for and still refuse to give us the missing 3 pillows!! They are un-willing to do anything for us except have us spend additional money with them to purchase the missing pieces their sales staff messed up on. Amy the owner has been very rude and hard to get a hold of. Take your business somewhere else and save yourself a lot of disappointment and time."

"The prices are rock bottom, the products are high quality, and the people are very nice. I love working with families in today's Walmart society. I heard they recently moved, which is good as the last place were items are picked up had a tendency to have some creepy crawlies. At least our package was a +1. That is why it gets 4 stars rather that 5. Great product, low prices, very nice people."
