Cheri has told us numerous times it has been orderd, she said she reached out to regional mgr. and still have No word back on this issue. VERY FRUSTRATED! we even offered to pick it up from another store and have heard NOTHING back."

Cheri D was very friendly and took time to answer and explain the features of the model I chose with the proprietary jet pack only found in Bullfrog a series. After a short demo and pricing details, I closed the sale and was very satisfied with the deal discounts and accessories included. I look forward to the delivery and installation in 4 weeks hopefully in time for Christmas season when my family will be celebrating the gathering at my place and backyard extended landscape completed.
