He helped us with the order and found us as many discounts as could be offered, and then he met the delivery drivers at our house on the day of delivery to stage the furniture. He was not only, extremely personable and well spoken, but knew the merchandise well. He assisted us as we walked around and pointed out the units he felt would be best for our application.
