"Been staying a couple weeks the good first clean quit cox cable they clean room change towels and sheets every few days dont mess with your stuff now the bad the area isnt the greatest and no flat screens or liquid soap 70 night no weekly rates and it is a older inn if they gave 5 nights then 2 free and flat screen TVs liquid soap I would say 4.5 stars but if you are staying in this area it ranks up there as far as bang for your buck it is close to downtown phoenix the hotels further away offer more for less but it sure beats motel 6 at almost 100 a night and it's a better area here"

"If the blankets weren't so filthy and the walls so dirty it wouldn't be that bad of place, well except when the owner comes to your door yelling at you because you slept in (we came from CA at 3am). So overall we definitely will NOT be back."

"Easily one of the most disgusting places ever. The carpet is so filthy you can't even tell what the original color was. It's one of those places you want to take in as little as possible in case there are bugs. While I didn't see any, I slept with the lights on. The best part was the dirty, filthy ceiling mirror above the bed. Lol! There was a microwave in the room and no place to plug it in. They price gouge during spring training. The owner is rude. No tell, motel, from hell!"

"If i could give this 0 stars i would. We went to Phoenix for and decided to stay till the last minute so this is what we found right away. Taught it was decent looking comored to the ones close by. We payed 55 for a room , we stayed in room 121. We wake up ij the middle of the to find bites all over us itching, we get up & check the bed the sheets & there was bed bugs running all over. My husband went to the front desk lady(indu) tod her wht was going on she had her attitude that no refunds & to call the cops if we had a problem. So my husband did they came but couldn't help ince she told them there was NO REFUND regardless if the bed was full of bed bugs!! we ended up grabbing our stuff & leaving town. We paid to stay just one night & we only stayed 3 hours due to the bed bugs. Do not let this happen to you, go to a different hotel even if you pay more, this lady was hella rude."
