"I was referred to PPA by my OBGYN after suffering a fetal demise. My OB said PPA would be able to go over my test results and lab work more thoroughly, and might be able to give me some insight as to why the pregnancy terminated. A couple weeks after my OB sent my referral, PPA started calling me to schedule an appointment. I didn't return their calls for a little over a month as the subject was still too sensitive for me to talk about. But every week PPA was calling, saying they had received my records from my OB and wanted to get me on the schedule. I finally called and scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment came and I got on teleconference with the doctor. He begins by saying he doesn't have my records or lab work, so he can't tell me what happened. Why did they want to schedule an appointment so urgently if they did not have my records? So the entire appointment he says things that might have happened but again, without my records he's not giving me any real information. He says his office will reach out to my OB for those records and get me scheduled for another appointment. That was in February. They never called back to confirm they'd received my records, they never called to follow up or schedule that second appointment. I was honestly so exhausted with the litany of doctors and bills I was dealing with that I gave up on PPA. I'm upset that they pressed me for an appointment without having my records and that he moved forward with my appointment when he knew he didn't have my records (and therefore, nothing to tell me). I'm also upset that I was still billed the full amount for a regular consultation and that they never followed through with what they said they would do. I don't know why PPA is closing, but if you are pregnant you will likely be better served elsewhere."

"Had an ultrasound here yesterday & the Dr and staff were all wonderful! Kim was my ultrasound tech & she was absolutely wonderful. I was referred here after another technician at a different clinic told me my baby girl was measuring small so I was a bit nervous about getting any type of bad news about baby’s development. Kim was so kind & really eased my mind. She really took her time & was very informative. She told me that baby girl was looking great and is developing perfectly. I even got some super cute 3D images. Would highly recommend!!"

"My initial visit was great with the nurse practice post-pardom. I’m a first time mom, so I asked about a possible infection. They took a sample, then when I called a few days later for the results, they said the lab lost the sample. Came in again. No call on results. Two weeks later, they call me with a positive test for an infection with no apology and a supposed prescription. I called my pharmacy and there is still nothing. Do not recommend. Will be going elsewhere."

"100% recommend this Dr office I went with my first baby and I had Dr. Gray. my boyfriend and I absolutely loved her she cares so much for her patients. I was comanaged with another ob office they were really great about communicating with my other ob as well as getting any prescriptions refilled that I needed because I am diabetic as well. I will definitely be going back for ob care from only them with my next pregnancy."

"In the beginning it was a little rough. But I must say everything changed quickly. Michelle in the front Is amazing. Dr Grey is amazing. There is another assist she is awesome as well. They have really made this high risk pregnancy a lot easier for me. Trust me a high risk pregnancy is no walk in the park. Thank you!"
