"A lady named Theresa keeps calling about an insurance issue. That issue has since been resolved, yet she continues to keep cancelling my rescheduled apts and doesn’t leave an extension to get hold of her directly. I explained to the scheduling staff that this insurance issue was resolved when rescheduling, yet I got a call this morning that my rescheduled apt was again cancelled. Called the location with the number that was provided by operators, during business hours and it forwards to a message that says they are closed. I call the number provided on google and no one can direct me to a person who can help. So frustrating. I will not keep rescheduling just for it to be cancelled again by staff who won’t let me speak to them directly. Happy to talk to someone who can actually resolve my issues… UPDATE: was finally able to reach someone who could help regarding my issue. Was able to get to the bottom of things. Still, I believe 3 stars is appropriate for the run around."

"I’m disappointed to say I had such a bad experience. I went in for a simple ct scan and it took well over 2 hours to get into the exam room. The girl at the front desk didn’t double check and mistaken my contrast from oral to iv. When I got to the back, the tech was simply in a I don’t care attitude already. She didn’t really care to help, and she was supposed to do an Iv but just tied the band around both arms and said can’t find it. I feel like they didn’t want to try and she did even say “I have a list of patients to do” as if it was my fault she was falling behind. First of all I showed up an hour as suggested for my exam, and had to wait two hours for my turn. I had been fully clothed for my exam, I remember doing a ct scan before and I at least took my top portion of clothes off. I basically had to just jump on the table and they scanned me, didn’t explain anything. I’m never going here or recommending this place ever. The front desk lady was just so “whatever” with everyone too. I truly felt bad for the elderly people because she just didn’t care. Do yourself a favor and try to book elsewhere."

"Although my experience in office was great I’ve been trying to get docs from the billing dept for almost 2 months. I emailed request, they ask me to confirm info which I do, then no reply after that. This goes to a group of 4 billing people yet I’ve answered the questions 2x and crickets after I confirm info they ask for. I said last time feel free to call me but no call either. You’d think if I missed where they sent it, like it went to my junk email or lost mail, they’d reply at least and say it was sent. This costs me money, on reimbursements, due to not being able to obtain documents."

"I went to SimonMed on 1/4/24 for my first mammogram screening and an ultrasound. The staff was really friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns. The wait time was minimal and the place was clean. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to get imaging done!"

"Very friendly staff and quick service! I ended up with an early appointment and I had extensions in. To be on the safe side, I was sent home by the MRI tech guy to have them removed as to not possibly burning my scalp during the MRI. I felt the staff really cared and was able to schedule me a later appointment on the same day, which was awesome! Thank you staff at SimonMed. The MRI tech guy and the front desk woman. Thank you! You are amazing and really care!"
