"After a long (and eventful) 16 hr family drive, we arrived late, but the staff (Diana and Robert) took very good care of us. Found us a great room with easy access. Check in was quick and painless. The suit has a nice unique look to it. Nice kitchen setup (stove, counters, full sized fridge, mini fridge, and 2 microwaves) The breakfast lady worked very hard and kept the food trays full. Kudos to their crew and service. Location was lively and had easy access to everything we wanted and needed, (stores, restaurants, stations, water, trails, hiking, freeway, etc) all within a few miles of their location. Will definitely come back to this spot on our next visit."

"DO NOT STAY HERE! OPEN INVESTIGATION WITH Arizona Dept. Of Health. This place is a cest pool for communal disease. The floors haven't ever been cleaned...*photos to be attached are of the rag I used to dry the floor after scrubbing it...why is it black? The front desk is incapable because they have terrible management. Alma is supposed to be "manager", but seems to leave her subordinates to deal with all issues pertaining to the below par, lack luster experience provided by Best Western. Still waiting on a call for "compensation" after being unable to use the kitchen, not having proper pots and pans, despite confirming with Leslie upon check-in on Monday. It seems to be acceptable to the owner since he is never around and doesn't respond to complaints publicly, in office, personally or ever. Update: After reporting the company, I was threatened with having the cops called for not vacating... even though corporate stated otherwise. - SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE."

"We were excited to stay In AZ for a couple of nights but it just wasn’t it for us. We normally stay at Best Westerns we love them. But this hotel was just trash. Honestly. First they gave us a room already occupied. We walked in and there was another persons belonging all over the room. My kids immediately looked at me with confusion. We made the trip to the front desk and they told us sorry. I get it things happen but that could have went horribly wrong for my family and I. Secondly we got a third level room. We have a baby/toddler. We have strollers and bags and the elevator and hallways were not very stroller friendly. We got in the room and it was okay until we looked around. There was a phone but no phone line to make calls or call up front. The room was dusty and Dirty. Old trash under the bathroom vanity. Only one tv worked. The floors OMG disgusting. I wore socks around the room I had to toss them they were so dirty. For sure not pleasant. I don’t Recommend. Sad cause I expected more from best western."

"The check in person was not very friendly. He accidentally charged my card twice. When he gave us the key to our room he didn’t say anything. We had no idea how to get to our room until asking. When we asked, the directions were not clear. I had to ask for my Rewards member bag. The cleaning people replaced our towels but did not pick up the old ones we left down. Also, the wifi moves very slow. However the location was nice and the breakfast was okay."

"Check in took a bit longer than the usual but office staff was friendly. No water available for members but we received one bag of chips and a can of Pepsi to share. The establishment was very nice, much better than I expected after seeing the reviews. We had a very nice sized suite for an excellent price for a last minute Saturday night stay. No carpet and the floor was a bit dirty. Other than that the rest of the room was very clean. King sized bed was clean and comfy, bathroom and kitchenette were all clean. Coffee maker was missing the slide out part that holds the coffee pod and breakfast was wiped out by 9:25 when we got to the breakfast area. Nice indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy my non-breakfast. The TV…both of them…as stated in other reviews, do not work. Had we been staying longer this may have annoyed us more than it did but we were out at a late night movie and then on the go early in the morning so TV was not an issue for us. Overall, a beautiful building with a great deal of potential if they get the issues worked out. We stayed for $80 so for the price, it was great!"
