"I filled out all the forms online an hour before my appt. When I got to the facility I had to fill them out again because they never got them? What a waste of my time. As I’m sitting at The facility waiting for my 12:30 appt I get a text telling me That I just booked an Appt for 1:35pm? I don’t get that. There is no one at the desk to ask. I had a Mamogram done several months ago but still get calls almost Daily telling me to do that."
"Brooke the ultrasound tech was so gentle and personable too! We had a nice conversation and before you know it the test is done. I had two ultrasounds with Brooke at Simonmed Baywood and won't go anywhere else now. I previously went to Az Diagnostics ( which was a painful ultrasound and the images were not usable according to my Doctor) I would recommend Brooke at Simonmed Baywood!"
"In-office, the experience was fine. Quick service in a timely manner. Competent employees. The appointment setup was more difficult than it needed to be. Occasionally reached phone employees were difficult to understand their English. I remember having to hold quite a while a few occasions."
"My experience was less than poor. Not a single person in that facility had a semi-decent attitude. They all looked frantic and anxious while running around aimlessly with no organized direction. The front desk girl looked absolutely terrified with each person that walked in the door as if she was worried she wouldn’t know how to handle the interaction. Whether it’s lack of training on the customer service side or on the operations side, the facility is operated poorly and seems like they have no leadership. Only good thing about the appointment was the tech actually doing the scan as she was calm and quick."
"I arrived early for my appointment. I was seen promptly. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The facility was clean. My Mammogram Technologist was skilled, efficient and as gentle as my exam permitted. I am a retired Radiographer and can appreciate how difficult it is to work quickly without the patient feeling rushed."
