"I do not live anywhere near this location but will come here next time I need labs drawn. I have been to various Sonora quest locations throughout Phoenix and I was incredibly pleased with this experience compared to others. The staff were kind and caring, treated me with respect and dignity which I do not always experience. They were fast and efficient with only 2 employees. They worked together to get patients in and out. I came early for my appointment and left 5 minutes before my actual appointment time. The two employees working there today should be congratulated for superior service, demeanor, and caring attitude. Thank you!"

"I went here to get blood work done and it wasn't even the right location that my appointment was supposed to be and they still took me right in. Jessica took my blood and she was so good at it I didn't even know that she had started by the time she already had three viles."

"This morning I (Shane B.) did a walk-in with all sorts of awkwardness but was helped through it all with no shortage of patience thanks to the woman at window 2 (regrettably didn't get her name). I didn't know for sure what the process was with the kiosk, my phone was acting up, I approached window #2 three times when ONCE is probably normal! She was patient and helpful each time and I was embarrassed for how confused I was (thank goodness for the mask requirement so that my blushing couldn't be seen!). Then, perhaps even more memorable, was the phlebotomist who handled my blood draw. She made me feel unusually comfortable. How she said my name and her natural demeanor is incredible. She took me to the restroom and pointed me inside for a urine sample and said I can leave when I'm done. As I left 2 minutes later, she was walking back with another patient and gave me the most captivating smile with her eyes and addressed me by name as she bid me adieu... I didn't get her name either but her smile is with me still..."

"This location is a really good one. It's tucked away inside the Safeway there at Guadalupe and Alma School. Appointment only but no problem via Sonora Quest's website. The person who helped me was Faith. She was very sweet and made you feel really at ease. Her phlebotomy skills are the best I've ever experienced and at 54 years old I've had my share of blood draws! If you have the jitters with blood draws, Faith is the person to go to for sure!"
