Marriott Phoenix Airport

"Lieing to guests regarding poor service of the shuttle is not quality customer service. Customers with luggage do not want to trudge through 2 terminals and on a train to get to a shuttle."

"This was one of my favorite stays in Phoenix. Amazing atmosphere, location, and staff courtesy. There was an amazing bartender the night I arrived that took care of all my needs, but one staff member that really stood out was India. She has a great personality and made me feel even more welcomed than before. I usually don’t stay at airport hotels, but if I’m back in phoenix soon I think this will be one of my first considerations. Loved the staff and the vibes of the lobby that made it feel like home away from home."

"It was disappointing for a Marriott! Destiny was great this morning, I did not tell her about the moldy smell on our floor or the stains on my sheets but I did tell her about the lack of breakfast options at 9:05 this morning. There were no empty serving dishes anywhere to show there had been anything other than a bowl of banana, a bowl of apples, a few boiled eggs and yogart. There were 3 full pitchers of orange juice, grapefruit juice and water. 2 of the maid came in and wiped off a table but didn't say anything to me as I was forging for food. Had I not made it in there until 9:30, I would have totally understood there not being any breakfast left but if you say breakfast is until 9:30, then you should honor that commitment!! The decor is dated and it's hard to find a comfortable seat. Like I said Destiny was great, she gave us some points because of the lack of breakfast and the driver was kind enough to come back for us when the van was full the first trip to the airport. We really appreciated both of them!!"

"Great location; beautiful remodeled rooms, lobby, and restaurant. Excellent service at the restaurant (thank you Sylvia) and the food was fresh and tasty. The shuttle drivers were nice and professionals. Overall, this Marriott in an excellent place to stay at for a short stay in Phoenix."

"We needed a handicap accessible room and they delivered! There was some miscommunication with the cleaning staff, but that was on us. Our room was spacious and I enjoyed the view. But who am I kidding, I love the view of Arizona from almost any angle. The staff was attentive and helpful. Any questions we had, they answered to our satisfaction. I took the shuttle to the airport. We left in a timely manner so I wasn't rushed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!"
