"Nice selection on showroom floor but it is apparently not indicative of what you'll actually receive. Upon addressing that issue and having to prove the discrepancy, we received the filthy showroom mattress at no discounted price. A furniture assembler was sent to clean the mattress (ugh) but was unable to make any progress. Of course, we have received NO follow-up from the salesman or management."

"Excellent fast service..great knowledgeable sales person. Large selection available to sit in!!tryout. Pay and have delivered in a couple of days.. Rocker. Swivel.Recline in perfect color choices. That fit my park model or large home if that's what I was looking for.. Even added a cute tv table they had also and brought that home same day!!Already Assembled!!!!From their Door to my Floor!! "Amazing customer service! Best prices in Yuma. When I tell you that I shopped every single furniture in town, I mean it. Newberry has the best prices, and the best service. Almost every piece of furniture in the store is available for pick up or delivery. Free delivery even!! It's a family owned and family run business. The guy here is so friendly and kind to everyone that walks in. His wife is a sweetheart as well. He was helpful and informative without being pushy. He was so patient with me as I changed my mind a million times about what I wanted. He took the time to interact with my 5 year old and all of his random furniture questions. Highly recommend!!! If you need well prices furniture and you want to be treated with respect, Newberry is the way to go."
