They know our names and needs, making it work, even if that means that we are given all that they have on hand and they have to rush an order to get us the rest. "I finally had to transfer to a different pharmacy, even though I shop at the store, making the pharmacy convenient. Twice I was told my Rx would be ready in 5 minutes, 20 minutes later it still wasn't. Once I came a day after the Rx was called in and was told it wasn't quite ready yet. Lastly, I needed an Rx immediately, was told to start on it right away. I wasn' told until I went to pick it up that they didn't have it in stock. A phone call would have been fair. They disrespected me one to many times. There are many other pharmacies in town to choose from. I did."
