Pop Drinks

"I just have to say how much I love this place I go there multiple times a week Iove the oasis my favorite drink but that's not the only reason I go from day one I got to meet the owner and him and his wife are so welcoming and sweet and it just feels so comforting to be there and if that is an awesome enough they have these two girls that work at the sunset location and I really wish I knew their names I should buy now but they are the best employees this company could possibly ask for their sweet they're compassionate they're fast they're on point they just make u feel wanted it doesn't matter how bad of a day I'm haveing because I know I can go there and not only get a good drink but leave with a smile on my face amd my daughter they make u feel like everything is going to be okay against amd I couldmt ask for a better experience thank you"

"Probably won’t return as it was my first time there. Got a gift card so we decided to go. They have a pretty extensive drink menu, as I was attempting to read through it for the first time we were greeted by Jason who was eager to take our order. After attempting to place an order for something we found they were out of Fanta which needed to be mixed. One of us was fine with it while the other, being me, wanted to try and find something else. We were then asked repeatedly “what else” every time there was a slight pause. Not sure if there is a machine malfunction or if Jason truly is that impatient but we felt rushed to make our final selections. Upon getting to the window we were given our drinks hurriedly and told to have a good day while forgetting the other part of our order. We then received our stuff and left. Jason did not make this experience very pleasant and if we do try pop again it will not be this location."

"I love this place! All the women I usually see are SO sweet and nice. Went the other day before close and ordered a lot of drinks. I left a generous tip cause I felt bad for ordering so much before close, and I got a free drink out of it! I would've been happy either way they always do an amazing job :) !!!!!!!"

"This is the soda shop closest to me and although I am CONSISTENTLY disappointed I have continued to return out of convenience. Not anymore though. Never go inside, once we ordered 3 drinks and one of them was literally 15 minutes behind the others. (I checked the time stamps). Every few times I’ve ordered a cookie, and THREE times I’ve been given the wrong one, sometimes they’re labeled incorrectly. Which is so unfortunate because the cookies could genuinely be something that set them apart from the other shops. The loyalty program is practically nonexistent. I messaged the IG account after one of many poor experiences and didn’t feel like my business was appreciated. This shop feels like a disingenuous cash grab riding the coattails of successful franchises that it will never live up to due to its poor experience and quality issues."

"I have religiously been going to Pop since it first opened. It’s delicious and it relatively close to my house. I always bring my pup with me, she gets so excited to come with me. I order her small whip cream cup along with my drink. However, today I was informed that they no long can do that. Which is somewhat understandable. Then she proceeds to tell me how whip cream isn’t good for my dog, and I should be getting her something else. This in my eyes crossed the line, very unprofessional. I have worked with dogs for many years, I am knowledgeable on what dogs can/can’t eat. My pup was so upset when we had to drive out of there without her treat. I’m sad to say that I will never be going back there. I’d much rather support a business that will go the extra mile to make their customers happy."
