"Looks small, not the case. This place is a gear head's dream. So many great options, including the item's parts, accessories, etc. The people. Believe it or not, they are there to help, (not some moron staring at their phone). Family owned. They answer most questions based on their own experience, not the promo material that a lot of places use to coach sales people. I bought a Osprey Talon 22 and I love it!"

"Best retail experience I have had in a long time. Flew into Phoenix to drive up and hike the Grand Canyon. My wife and I were out picking up some last-minute items before we headed up and just happened to pass this place and I am super glad I turned around and went back. The staff was excellent. We were able to find the few things we wanted to pick up and Shannon (I hope I got that right) gave us some great tips for the hike and some places to check out while we were up there. All the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the products and uses in different environments. The Darn Tough socks were a great call, didn't see a blister the entire time. Wish I was local to the area! Thanks for the help and advice, our trip was amazing!"
