"Called to see if they had a certain type of mattress. Woman wasn't able to figure out I was saying "Bedding" and "Beds", not "Baking" or "Bikes" and when she finally sent me to some department, I was on permanent hold. Unbelievable."

"Don't even bother trying to call Walmart. All you get is automated run around. Don't get to talk to anyone. Obviously they don't care about their customers. So I'm going to call someone else who knows how to answer a phone call. And I will take my business elsewhere. Horrible service."
