"The last time I went in the staff was rude but I decided to go again to see if it was different but NOPE. I was the only person in there, the lady at the front door both times I came didn’t assist with the door while trying to get the stroller in. The lady at the checkout rude both times. Today when I went to purchase my hand sanitizers, she just says do you have a phone number coldly. I’m thinking.. no hi how are you? Did you find everything you need? Nope, just very unfriendly. Then I listen to see how she is with the next person and she’s so friendly asking them those exact 2 questions! I was like wow…they are plain rude to me for no reason but nice to others. Will not be back. Such rude customer service. This location needs new staff, all the other locations are over the top friendly and helpful."

"This is a great place! They always have amazing sales going on. Love to come here for their lotions and body sprays. I’m also obsessed with their candles. Largest selection I’ve seen in a while and I love that they have a large section for Men. I purchased a great lotion for my husband for Christmas. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"This is a nice location, just be prepared as you walk in, or even as you just walk by, I hate the smelly lotion, or rather my sinuses do! If you're willing to brave it though, they do have some gems in their lotions. My wife's biggest complaint is after awhile you can't even smell what your smelling because everything else smells so strongly."
