"Awful customer service. I ordered one day shipping Saturday and I timed a Tuesday arrival because it is the only day I am off work. I got sorry excuses on why it was late and robbed of the 25 dollar expedited fee. Customer service here is a joke. I messaged them and they gave me excuses about it being ordered after 3pm when I have email evidence of it arriving promised on Tuesday. It was their error yet they refuse to refund me. Will not be shopping with them any longer."

"Returns for the website is horrible. If the website bugs out they blame you, and say you're doing it incorrectly. I'm not an old lady I understand websites just fine! If they would actually put a return label in your package it would save a ton of issues. I shouldn't have to try to get customer service to send me an email after 20 minutes of waiting for them to read your questions. I will be ordering from other lingerie sites from now on with better customer return service. Customer service lied to me yesterday and said they emailed me a return email. Nothing came through my inbox or spam folder. Never had such bs to return stuff that didn't even get opened because I tried other outfits from a previous shipment that didn't work out. Their website might as well say you can't return anything and our chatbox is useless service."
"I bought the Blue Velvet Captain costume for a costume party. I was surprised at how nice the costume was for the price I paid. There was also an issue where my order got doubled and even though it was a final sale item, Olive worked with me to figure out a solution. Good product, great customer service!"
