"I know all the stores that I have been in are like this, but it is way too cramped. I like room to walk around. The sales are what bring me in, the price of products not on sale are a bit high for the regular working family. The employees are always very helpful and friendly."
"I was really impressed by this location. The usual two stores I frequent aren’t bad either, but the service here really went above and beyond I feel like. I was looking for a few particular items and while one employee stated we were out; another offered to look anyway in the drawers and such just to make sure. I really appreciated that. I was told of the current sales going on and chatted a bit with the same worker. The store was clean and I left the store with even more than I had came for because of the great deals. I was able to finish most of my stocking stuffers in one trip."

"I love to come to Bath And Body Works in the Norterra area whenever I have time to! Many various items to choose from and very good smelling. The staff is pretty welcoming and the store isn't crowded. I always used to go to the one in Arrowhead Mall but I found out that there was one here, closer to where I live actually and that helped a lot. A little expensive but still so worth it to buy. If you're trying to find a nearby retail store selling soaps, lotions, fragrances, and candles then you should definitely go to this one."
