"HORRIBLE! Do not go to this location. Workers are rude!!! Also! if you get a gift card at this location it won’t work at other locations other than at kohls locations. They don’t carry any of the standalone store products. And if you expect them to help you with a product that ain’t going to happen because the workers have no clue how the products work."

"I went there today 3/11/23. There was 5 girls working. Every single one of them having a grand ol time chatting behind the register. I had to walk up there to interrupt them to ask a question. Imagine that, I, a "paying" customer interrupted their chat to ask them a question. I walked out, I'll buy it at Ulta instead. Good luck sephora, your customer service sucks!"
"Do not come here, the girls that work here are under trained and the manager of kohls does not care about customer satisfaction. They tell you one thing over the phone and then tell you something different in person regarding returns/exchanges. Specifically Amanda that works here and also for me to confirm with her 3 times over the phone the reasoning for me to come here and then to be told a whole other story is ridiculous she lied to her manager on what she said and i will never purchase anything here. Not to mention she lacks professional customer service and knowledge. I wouldn’t even waste my time or money at this location."
