"Absolutely asinine. I called and they said they took walk-ins, so we walked in. They asked us to come back at 1245 (hour and a half after we walked in). We said okay, went and killed some time, and showed up 15 min early (so around 1230). We then sat there while the senior barber was playing video games and told us to wait for the new guy. Then we sat there for another 30 minutes while they chatted and did Absolutely NOTHING."
