"Scheduled an appointment with a stylist I was referred to...had to wait a few days for the appointment but that was ok as I wanted that stylist (Laara) sorry if the spelling is wrong. Just received notice of my appointment and showed a different stylist. I didn't ask for the change so unfortunately I canceled the appointment. Not happy being farmed out to another stylist for whatever reason (no offense to the other stylist). My profile has my phone number..maybe a call would save alot of misunderstanding for rescheduling vs canceling."
