T&Ti's Nails

"I will never go here again. I have never felt so disrespected!! I used to love going to this place for my nail needs. Being a nursing student, I cannot have polish, dip, gel, or acrylic on my nails. I went in today just to get maintenance on my nails and have cuticle care because my hands are rough from frequent washing. I explained this to the tech that sat me in her chair and she said someone else would be over soon to do my manicure. I sat there, in one of their salon chairs, waiting for a technician to sit down in front of me and do my nails. In the meantime, a nail tech sat there on her phone and wouldn’t do my nails because I was “just getting a manicure.” This was so disappointing. I left and will never be back"

"I had a great experience here. The girl that gave me a pedicure was so nice, sweet, and very attentive. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. My daughter and I enjoyed our time here."

"It was okay first time visiting BUT there was issues of nails not being filed properly ended up catching myself with the mail… not to mention didn’t realize until leaving and family member said the eyebrows was off after getting em waxed"

"First off, this is my 21st birthday set. These are before and after pictures. I went in for black ombré and not only did she tell me the oval nails I wanted would make me look old, but her work was so rushed, color transition wasn’t well done, and my crescent moons look like caterpillars! Not even at all! On the second time the lady argued and said that it was ombré, yes but a bad job and talked about me like I was dumb. I’ve never gotten my nails done before! And then again the moons came out uneven the first two times and she tried to slide it past and it me with the “you’re just telling me?” Their customer service wasn’t by any means friendly or welcoming and I sat in the chair on the verge on tears feeling like a burden for wanting my birthday nails to be EVEN!!?"

"The nail technician for both my mother and I were top notch, kind and very sweet hence the four star review however the workmanship was more of three star review. I received French tips that did not go to the edge of my nails even though I asked for the technician to make sure it was fixed, I also asked that my nails not be shortened and then she filed them shorter and unevenly. My mother had ridges where the polish was not smooth from the nail to the polish and the technician didn’t verify color polish was what we wanted before finishing."
