"Bailey is amazing! Also enjoyed Lina for pedicures! She did such a fantastic job! I had a full acrylic set and gel pedicure and could not have been more pleased with my experience. The salon was very clean and had a great energy. My nail artist was so polite and worked so hard for meet my request! I will absolutely be going back, and I highly recommended seeing Bailey. This was my first visit and will definitely not be my last! Thanks so much to Bailey and the entire spa! They also got me serviced very quickly for it being a busy Sunday! Overall such a great experience and I’m so glad that I went in!"

"Overall great experience. I was a wak in at 9:30am, and was taken right away. Staff was very friendly and the environment was clean and cute! My nail tech got my design pretty much perfect, and she took her time with each nail. The only real down fall is the black isn't quite opaque, and there is residue around my fingers/nails. It will hopefully fade away soon with hand washing. The price was fair for the work she put in. I will definitely come back :)"

"So far so good! I've been here twice, first time I had "V" and this time I had Bailey...she was wonderful! I noticed right away from the first time that the techs either talk to you or give you quiet space depending on how you feel. Also, they try to keep their native dialect to a minimum, which can be appreciated, as to make one feel more included and welcomed! I really admired that here! The perfection and patience she had was awesome. I really liked her work, super clean! She kept checking on me throughout the process to ensure I liked the shape, length, and color Judge for yourselves - this is definitely my new go-to place! ❤️"

"First time here and I won't be coming back I left with literal tears in my eyes. After Mindy(who appears to be one of the owners ) refused to let for the young lady that had been working on my manicure start over since I was unpleased with the way the color (white chrome) looked on my skin tone, it made my hands darker than they are. I even told her I would pay extra for just having wasted the young lady's. Mindy REFUSED she said it was my fault. For not saying I didn't like it when she did the ONE nail. I told her I understood but that I was still willing to pay extra but I didn't want to leave with this color on my hands. she very rudely said no. The nail tech has another client to work on she spend 45 mins on you. I got charge $52 for a color I was forced to leave with on a GEL MANICURE. $52 is very steep for the $40 manicure they have listed on their broacher. Mind you I was so upset I didn't even want to sit and get the hot towels which is literally why the price jumps from $33(the pleasure manicure) to $40 the Royal manicure. I felt so bad for my nail tech she tried to get me to love the color but the way it sits on my hands it's not it. Thank you royal nails for making this experience the worst I've had at a nail salon."

"I went in for a pedicure, and I have tried numerous salons trying to find someone who made my feet feel great when I leave. The manager was friendly at the door, the staff was happy and friendly. Bailey did such a great job on my feet. I scheduled a time to come back and have her do a full set of nails. I haven't had my nails done in years since I am very particular to length, shape, and natural looking. She listened and went over and above my expectations. I will be back and ask for her going forward. It's so nice to finally have a salon I can recommend."
