"Could you guys please stop taking the debit card through the window and then stapling it in the prescription bag? It’s so inconvenient to get home and get the medication in the bag only to throw it away and realize later where your debit/credit card went. That has happened twice to me and I had to cancel my card and go to the bank for a new one. Most people at the pharmacy are sick and in a hurry to get their meds. Just hand the card back through the window. Also, when I asked if I could purchase some children’s Tylenol to go with my prescription the pharmacy tech acted like she was doing me a big favor. It shouldn’t be that hard to get generic pain meds to go with your very expensive prescriptions."

"This is the only pharmacy I use. I’m not sure why they have such poor reviews since I have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is always so friendly and who doesn’t love extra fuel points? Sometimes the wait is longer than expected but I know they try to get everyone through the line as fast as possible and it’s worth the wait to me."

"It's a awful store to shop at on Sunday. Nothing is put on the shelves we have loads and loads of frozen item just sitting on the floor. There was NO orange juice put out in the frig section. Asked for help all they could say I don't work in this department. So I went to Walmart and got most of my items. I wouldn't even give you one star. Please do something about it. Otherwise it's Good bye."

"Whoever the woman was that was helping me was rude and did not have good customer service. Actually, she didn’t help me at all. When I told her what medicine my doctor told me I needed to get and asked where I could find it, she looked at me like I was dumb and told me she didn’t know what that was and to try looking at a random aisle. I was in a hurry, I was stressed, I was lost, and she made me feel like I was in her way. So rude."

"I follow up with the exact same sentiment as many others' comments listed in these reviews. I changed insurance companies a couple of years ago, and I can't say there has been a single experience that hasn't been aggravating with this pharmacy. Mostly it is the out of control wait times and 15 cars in the drive through nearly every single time I visit. Don't worry about trying to come at lunch time either; they are closed, and if you think just waiting until the top of the hour might get you service, think again. Made a call to Lin's just now, and although I admit, they are a bit more expensive, my sanity is worth more than a few bucks and the lengthy frustration. You place an order over the phone service, NEVER get a call that the script is filled even after the time it is supposed to be. I've never seen a pharmacy that constantly requires 2+ days to fill a prescription every single time. Goodbye Smith's. I'm done with you."
