"I had a wonderful experience purchasing my dream truck 2.5 years ago. They even sold me this wonderful 3 year UNLIMITED MILE warranty. I felt like I was indestructible(for atleast 3 years). However I was dead wrong. I had a big mechanical problem and when I took it to get repaired, I was informed that the warranty company wouldn’t cover it because of the “modifications” that were on the vehicle at the time of purchase!! You would think a good dealership would take that upon themselves for selling you a warranty that you weren’t even eligible for, and step in and cover what the warranty wouldn’t. But here I am stuck to pay a 23 thousand dollar bill by myself."

Working with Kasey, I was pleasantly surprised with his knowledge of the vehicle, the general market and the very low pressure of his sales pitch. It was the exceptional online listing and information on the used Nissan Frontier pick up that brought us into this car lot. After reading through their extensive listing online, I had very few questions once we actually looked at and drove the vehicle. Kasey and his team worked great with us at looking at financing options. He made no effort to pressure us into purchasing add-ons, extended warranties etc., but did let us know these were available if we had an interest. We did have one very minor issue on closing that Kasey remedied as soon as I pointed it out and apologized for any misunderstanding. With so many options of shopping online, the listing that the Auto Passion Team had posted made a huge difference to us. I was able to determine in advance, that this vehicle was vary fairly priced, and I was happy to find that nothing about the vehicle was misrepresented in the descriptions and photos online. To top it all off, everyone in the office was simply pleasant and friendly. I will consider them first for future purchases and highly recommend them based on my first and only experience with this dealership. Kim"

"WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!! BUYER BEWARE!! Was only able to drive my car from them for two weeks before it broke down. Every time I contact Auto Passion Team, they hang up on me. My mechanic has stated in writing that this vehicle was majorly neglected. The cost to make the vehicle drivable again is over $7,000. I am taking further action with the better business bureau, my lender, my insurance, and law enforcement."
