Jacksons Signature Hand Car Wash

"I had such high hopes for Jacksons Signature Hand Car Wash on Market Street in Gilbert, Arizona, especially after snagging their half-price Wednesday deal. But alas, my experiences there have been nothing short of disappointing. On my first visit, despite the tempting discount, they missed so many spots in my car. I thought, "Well, maybe it's just because it's busy." So, I gave them another shot. When I kindly asked for a bit more attention to detail, they were nice enough to re-vacuum, but still, they missed important areas. Thinking they deserved one last chance, I went back on a regular day. But oh boy, was I wrong to even bother. When I politely mentioned my previous experience and asked for a thorough cleaning, the response floored me. The guy said, "If you weren't happy last time, why bother coming back?" Shocked, I replied, "I wanted to give you a second chance." Well, that second chance was a waste. They did practically nothing. My car was still a mess, with dust and dirt everywhere. I felt like I threw my $30 down the drain. In the end, I had to clean my car myself at a self-service wash. It's safe to say I won't be returning to Jacksons Signature Hand Car Wash on Market Street in Gilbert, Arizona anytime soon. They were rude, sloppy, and a total disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place. I only put one star because they won’t let me post unless I put a star, but they deserve nothing!"

"I recently took my truck to this location for a cleaning, and unfortunately, it was a far-from-satisfactory experience. The staff failed to fully vacuum one side of my truck and left the running boards in a disgraceful state with dirt and water on it. I paid for aromoral for the inside, and it sjdnt get done. Moreover, the interior received minimal attention, with no noticeable improvements. So I went and vacuumed it myself. The interior doors weren't even wiped down. I expected a thorough and quality service, but unfortunately, the results fell short of even Jackson's own expectations they say on their website. Paid over $30.00, and got a $5.00 service was not expected. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in their service for future customers."

"They left my front window worse than when i brought it in. Streaks are so bad and they missed spots. Obviously missed big spots dusting the front. Vacuuming was sub-par. Dont recommend. Better off just doing it yourself. Only good thing was the attendant before the wash was very kind! 09/30"

"Very friendly staff and the service was quick. That being said the quality of the wash was terrible. These pictures were taken when I got home immediately after the car wash. For a $30 car wash this is terrible for the car not to be at least clean. I would not go back there again to waste my money. Truly disappointing because this used to be my go to car wash for how great of a job they did. This is the second time my car has been washed like this in under 2 months. Went back again because they used to be great. Just noticed they didn't even bother to clean the other side of the car that wasn't facing me while I waited. I was also one of only 2 cars there so they weren't rushed..."

"Update: The manager called me after I reached out & asked me to come back so they could make it right. She was very kind & made sure the job was done correctly. I appreciate it! I went back & they did a good job. They just need to pay more attention to windows. Previous review stated they missed cleaning half of my vehicle."
