"I come here for a quick self-service wash. It’s not the best wash, and doesn’t get my car completely clean but does its job in a hurry. I don’t want your attendant forcing their “help” upon me at the self-service kiosk. We should be able to figure it out without you coming over and getting into our personal space between the car window and the kiosk. And if we can’t figure it out then maybe you need a new system. And when I told your attendant that I could handle it and he said he had a job to do, maybe he could ask if I want help first versus just coming in my space to push the button on screen. I suppose what would’ve came after the help would’ve been a package sales pitch."

"I took my car for an oil change a couple months ago, and soon after that my car started smoking really bad. I got super scared thinking my car was going to break down on me but I found out it's leaking from the oil filter, looks like it wasn't properly closed/tied up when I took it there for the oil change. Now I'm scared to go back for the upcoming due oil change."

"Update: We did email customer service as they suggested in their response below. It’s been 4 months and we still haven’t heard from them. We sent our high school son to get a car wash at Cobblestone. We told him to get both the interior and exterior cleaned. Our son arrived at Cobblestone and told the attendant his dad wants him to get both the interior and exterior cleaned. The attendant told him we can do that, we’ll clean the interior, seats, outside, and tires. Our son went to pay and the cashier told him it would be $330. My son up to this point had not been told the cost. My son said wait a minute I just want it washed and the cashier told him it was too late they already started working on it and he has to pay. Our son feeling like there was no other option paid. Immediately our son called and told us what was happening. My husband went down there and needless to say things didn’t go well with the manager. The manager said it was too late, he already paid. Well we all learned a lesson. Here’s the kicker for $330 I would expect the car to be spotless. Here are just a few pictures of what the car looked like afterward."
