"LAWSUIT! Horrible organization! I prepaid $2,400, they no-showed for a family event over Thanksgiving 2021. They agreed to refund the money and now refuses to send / return the funds. BEWARE! My bank started contacting them on 1/5/22. They’ve not replied to them either. Way to much drama! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
"We set an appointment for transportation from our wedding about a month in advance. The night of the wedding, we were getting ready for our exit before it was realized the driver was not there (30 minutes past when he was supposed to). Nobody ever showed up so we had to grab a family member’s vehicle. I emailed the company the next day and it turns out the driver got sick the morning before. They told me the driver had called 2-3 times however the only call during those times displayed “Unknown” originating from a Mexican formatted number which Apple automatically screens. The only call we got from a recognized number was in the middle of our ceremony. Our coordinator was the person we listed to contact and she never received anything, in fact our coordinator called three times that day but was never answered. We were fully refunded thankfully but in COVID times, this type of business should have backup drivers or better communication."
