"Ignacio was great to work with, super smart guy. I had a different idea than what Jiffy Lube was about (this was my 1st Jiffy Lube experience ever) and Ignacio made me feel like I never wanted to deal with big dealer service centers again. No dealerships could get me in to do a simple oil change for the kids car, so I went here... I'd be happy to bring all of our vehicles here! Update: 07.19.22 - brought back the same car for the suggested transmission service as well as our tundra for an oil change, added a few services as well because I am absolutely certain this is our new PM shop... so much better than most general repair shops. Treated us like we were important, talked to us like we weren't stupid and the crew here is just super professional and the manager or even franchise owner should recognize the entire crew here somehow because the service is perfect, the floors are spotless, windows clean, waiting room clean etc., the list goes on. I'm tipping the whole crew today even after spending $300+ on two vehicles."
