"I found my new favorite motorcycle mechanics. I was getting ready for a tour and they squeezed me in to tighten the chain and also had the right break pads. They are so experienced, friendly and all for a great price!"

"I've taken my bikes here twice now. Good service and a reasonable price. They take the time to explain the process to me. Great shop."

"I was impressed by what people were saying on the reviews. I drove my 800 Kawasaki Classic to their shop and told them to fix whatever was wrong with it. I gave them $1000 down in good faith knowing that they’d be plenty items that would need attention as it had not had a complete service since it was new in 2000, other than oil, filter changes and tires as they were needed. They said the tires would need to be replaced, carburetor rebuild, oil and filter and possible gas tank cleaned. I figured that the chain and sprockets would need to be replaced and quite possibly replace the brakes. I wasn’t surprised when I got their estimate of $1500 thinking my bike would be road worthy again. I started calling them after waiting 3 weeks and no word. A week later I got a voicemail saying my bike was ready but there was an issue with some wiring. I got there to pay for the rest of the charges and they informed me that mice had a nest under my gas tank and chewed on some wires and for another $300 plus they could fix it. I asked why so many $ and he said they had to remove the seat and gas tank to get to it. Estimated 3 hours @$109/hr plus supplies. I asked him why they didn’t call me when they had the gas tank off and he told me that my voicemail was full and he couldn’t leave a message. However, after that he called and left a message on my voicemail saying the bike was ready and he wanted to address the bare wire issue. So he lied when he said he tried to call the first time. I told him I would take the bike home and fix the wires myself. I didn’t have to remove the seat or the gas tank to get at the wires. Only had to take out one bolt for the speedometer and gauges. The wires were right there in plain sight and easy to fix. My time from beginning to job done was 45 minutes. The most that they should have quoted should’ve been $100.00. My bike is black with lots of chrome. They left grease finger prints on most of the chrome and the chrome gas cap was gross . They didn’t replace brakes, chains or sprockets. 2 days later I had to hold the choke completely open just to get it to sort of work. 3 days after that I managed to get it back to the repair shop. They found that the mechanic bent the float when they rebuilt the carburetor. He fixed , no charge. 1week later my bike is leaking gas somewhere. I look around and see a hose not connected. But that wasn’t where the gas was leaking. So I took it back again. He had it over night and determined that my fuel valve was bad. I had him to order a new one and I would install it. He also put a clamp on the hose that was loose(I think he said it was some kind of vacuum hose). I was gone on vacation so when I got back I went to get the new fuel valve. He charged me for a gallon of gas $5, new fuel filter and valve. (I expected to pay for the gas and valve)I asked him why wasn’t the filter changed when I had the bike there the first time when I brought it in. He said he really didn’t know if it was changed or not! So much for meticulous records! I paid him for everything but I sure would not do business with them again. I also found out that they didn’t clean the gas tank. I paid way too much for what was done on my bike. I expect a job done right the first time and for a business to take pride in their work. That didn’t happen to me. The one thing they did correctly was being courteous to me, but that doesn’t go far when they take advantage of a customer. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, shame on you!."

"I called because a different local shop had damaged my can ams rotor during a tire replacement. I was hoping to have 2 Guyes Garage help by assuring my bike would be fixed and safe. The person I spoke with said " they didn't want to get involved"? I didn't want to have another shop repair it for any kind of retaliation motive. My intention was to insure my wife's safety because we ride two up mainly and she rides it alone. Many of us take great pride in our motorcycles. We also want to ensure our safety and our loved ones safety when riding upon them. I know nothing about the quality of the shop or it's work. I was recommended to them by other Can-Am owners in a group that I belong to. They too are very shocked that they would not assist in something as crucial as breaks under my situation. If you choose to use them I hope you receive good work I've heard they're good. I personally will not give them an opportunity again. It should not matter how a person's motorcycle is damaged what should matter is making sure that it's safe. No one asked you to get involved. The only thing that you were asked to do was replace a rotor and ensure the bike was safe. I thought that what mechanic shops did replace parts?"

"These guys are the absolute best! Used them for years before I moved out of state and I was never disappointed. They even send me pics and video of the work as they balanced and tested my throttle body! I really felt like they cared about my bike."
