The mechanic took the time to show us the part that was replaced and took pictures of their work to insure honesty. P&A Auto wasnt pushy to replace parts that weren't in dire need of attention. I only found them recently, but I have had them work on my car twice so far, and both times I have received the best service from any automotive service business I have ever been to. Outstanding customer service, expert mechanic, good turn around time, honest assessment with no upselling, and fair prices. They stayed open late to get my car done in the Arizona heat, and were friendly and kind about it.
