"Good luck trying to get an estimate from these guys. They never showed for their appointment, but texted and asked for measurements and pictures, which I promptly provided. Lots of apologies, but I never received an estimate. I've moved on with another service provider, but this outfit won't be on my list for referrals for other owners in my HOA."
