"I wanted to share an experience I had. It was positive but I had to ask for it (which I understand) but some other customers may take it the wrong way. I recently had an Oil Change and inspection done at Lexus of Chandler. They were prompt to greet me and get my car into service. As I was leaving I asked how much my visit today was going to cost. The service writer said it would be $130 for the oil change which I thought was a little steep, I promptly asked kindly if there were any promotions or coupons I could apply. He said there is not so I went on my way. A few hours went by and I was back to pick up my vehicle and asked again after the cashier gave me my final bill. I asked again "is there any promotions or coupons", they said NO. I got on my phone and looked up "Lexus of Chandler Coupons" sure enough there was a $25.00 off Oil Change coupon the first thing that came up. I showed my phone to the service and he promptly jumped up and got the override from his manager who applied the $25.00 off coupon. I get that you wait til the customer asks but if they do ask you should tell them so it doesn't make you look like your only in it for the money. Your there for customer service as well. This was a positive experience and I plan to go back but I just wish that they wouldn't hide an offer thats out there when I ask. They knew all about the coupon all along."

"The team at Lexus of Chandler is very accommodating and thorough with great attention to detail. From service appointments setting communication, arrival, front desk service, and vehicle maintenance. I must say, they all are a class act. "So after researching issue for car I had to take to dealer due to situation calling for special requirements of transmission fluid levels system is closed loop until it springs a leek and their is no dipstick to check level why do manufacturers think this is a smart decision when building a car I don’t know. Plus transmission fluid should be at certain temperature when checking level how do I check transmission fluid temperature there is no dash display for that. Anyway transmission fluid level was low due to earlier repaired leak but I believe it wasn’t topped off afterwards causing the dash lights and failure to shift smoothly sometimes. Price was steep for fluid fill which we all know we gone get taken advantage of when we go to dealer for repair but I had to have confirmation and peace of mind that the issue would be resolved by technicians familiar with automobile. Dealership supplied loaner would have preferred LS since I brought in a LS to be worked on would have been nice to test drive LS500 or LC500."
