"Service Advisor James Nicoloff was amazing. Turned the car around ASAP, did not order unnecessary work, and scheduled my next appointment with our other Rover. Very attentive and kept me informed on the status of the car throughout the day. Would defiantly recommend James as your advisor contact."

"My service advisor’s name is Jill, and I must say she’s the best! She’s super sweet, friendly, funny, and down to earth. Prior to Jill coming onboard I had the pleasure of working with a few other advisors, but none of them compared to Jill. She will get the job done! Jill listens to your issues and concerns and follows up with you should there be any delays. I enjoy coming here because of Jill and also for the great customer service from the older guy that greet all the customers in the service department."

"I always receive great service and transparency regarding any work that needs to be done (text messages with video evaluation during service), as well as being given the opportunity to postpone anything that can truly wait until the next scheduled visit. I have never felt as though I was being "up-charged" for something that wasn't needed. Jill Parresol (Service Advisor) is always personable and helpful with any questions I may have. I appreciate her."

"LR Chandler is a great place for service. Jill Parresol my service advisor was professional and easy to work with. Jill was able to resolve all my issues in a timely manner. I highly recommend LR Chandler services to anyone in need of car maintenance or repairs. I will definitely be returning for all my future car service needs. For Management - While my overall experience was excellent, there's always room for improvement. I would suggest that the loaner cars should be free like every other high-end dealership."
