"This review is really catered towards the installation team who was lacking when it comes to " workmanship like manner". The measurement gentleman was great , but had to come out two times due to lost data from the initial measurement capture , which delayed the finalization of the install. The caulking used in the installation cracked and split after just a week , so their product is inferior . They also let a glob of product drip onto the face of my new cabinets , which were around $10,000 and to me , is absolutely unacceptable. They also failed to cut the sink with the proper reveal. The did a great job otherwise , but the devil is in the details and coming from a tradespersons perspective , this was unacceptable to me ."

"They offered to let us come to the warehouse to select our slabs but we decided to chose from their pictures sent from a variety of the granite we wanted. They scheduled a measurement within a week of the selection and delivered a perfectly fitted product within three weeks. I love my new countertops!"

"Worst experience ever. Disappointed that Home Depot contracts them. A job that should have been done in a month took 7 months. Measuring and cutting errors on multiple pieces requiring recuts and multiple reinstallations. Due to them cutting the sink wrong we were without running water or use of our kitchen for over a week. Ruined our molding when installing the island countertop. They also try to charge you for an extra person that they never send, hence why our molding was destroyed. Compensation for all our trouble? Minimal not nearly enough for the hassle and multiple days I needed to take off of work to deal with this company. Avoid this company at all costs!!!"
