"Front desk staff are terrible, you'll wait for hours past your appointment without being acknowledged, Don't leave a message on their voicemail either they will not return your call.. I have an autistic nonverbal son, they told me to not to let him eat 8 hours before his procedure, we arrived 30 minutes early for a 2 pm appointment and waited hours after his scheduled appointment without any concern or compassion from the staff, nor did they communicate any reason for the delay, at 3:30 I finally ask what was going on with my son's appointment and was told we would be seen soon, absolutely no empathy for the disabled. Finally he was seen at 4:00, unfortunately the anesthesiologist did not know or understand her job, she told me that she lacked the proper tools and instruments to anesthetize my son and we were referred to another practice without any work performed on my son. I found it interesting that it was now close to closing time. If I use the word gross incompetence to describe this practice it would be a compliment. I wish I could give them negative stars, I would like to send them a bill for wasting my entire day with their nonsense, do not bring your special needs children here you will be sorry.. Update; I took my son to PDS Foundation Dentists for Special Needs on 44th Street and Bell and had a wonderful experience, they are extremely skilled and compassionate with dealing with special needs people."

"brakeing a tooth and having to have an extraction with and implant was not on my todo list. this was my biggest dentist covet in my life time so i was pretty nervous to say the least . roaxanne , nadine amd gabriel definitely put me at ease through the process. amd Dr Feldike is a true pro knocked out my surgery with almost no pain, and what little pain i had was. minor . i wouldn’t hesitate to recommended this group of people to anyone .."

I unfortunately put if off for years (which of course isn't healthy), and I was just really nervous about going back to one. Then I was referred here... and I am glad! Dr. Feldhake and all of his staff are friendly, informative, do a lot make you feel comfortable, and make coming to them easy. They do a great job of helping you to stay on-top of your check ups through text message alerts and help you with every visit understand details with your dental health. I am now someone who goes regularly, gets recognized for my flossing and will happily recommend their services to anyone."

"I have been going to this dentist for almost over a year. They are great. The hygienists are really friendly and make you feel comfortable while you are getting your teeth cleaned. Dr. Feldhake is very nice as well. I love that they have days that they are open early so I can come and get my teeth cleaned before work and don't have to take time off. They also send reminders and emails to remind you it's time to get your teeth cleaned. I even recommended my mom!"
