They literally saved Christmas for our family after our initially scheduled installers from Lowe's (Eclipse Flooring) didn't show up without any notice a week before Christmas. We were panicking and went through a number of carpet stores in Tucson, but none had any decent carpets in their current inventories and we couldn't wait for an order. Carpet One had a huge variety of gorgeous carpets for order and a few dozens of really nice carpets for immediate purchase. A sales person, Dory, was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. Long story short, we had our bedrooms done a few days before Christmas, the installers were very prompt and professional, and the carpet is great.
