"I have been here twice and the first time was honestly horrible but the second visit, getting a tooth removed was much better. The surgical assistant Chrissy could tell I was nervous and helped calm me down and was so nice the whole time. Dr.Carroll removed my tooth quick and effectively. I couldn't believe how fast and painless it was. They both deserve 5 starts."

"Check all reviews. Selct NEWEST and determine if you really want to deal with this place!!!!!!!! Not a good experience at all. Even the dental assistant told me she wouldn't use this surgeon given the option I SHOULDVE LISTENED!!!! Had my initial exam ($200) was told they'd call following week to schedule. Never heard from them for over 2 weeks by that time my insurance renewed. Had a tooth pulled it got infected dentist took many days off and couldn't get antibiotics for the infection because the dentist/surgeon was "off those days" and they do not allow the other dentist on shift to perscribe a simple antibiotic. So was forced to be in oain and wait for daysssssssss. Fast forward to dentist being back at work and now won't perscribe antibiotics unless I make a new appointment go and see him again. So simply called my regular dentist to have them send a antibiotics for me.... it's crazy!!! Also side note they sent their patient update about ME to my address showing all the wonderful things they comment about me during my dental service. Can't even get the address straight to send the correct info to the correct business. I DO NOT recommend."

"30min-1hr wait each time (not including the 15-30 mins early they require you to arrive) and the doctor was not thorough. They also forgot to do an X-ray in my pre-op resulting in me having to come for an additional appt before teeth removal. Go somewhere else."

"Amazing experience! I had been butchered by a horrible dentist, Dr Ahmad, then sent to them half way through the extraction... Valley Endo was excellent. Got me in within an hour same day. Got prior auth on sedation in 48 hrs and beautifully completed my procedure. From the phones and front desk to the clinical staff, they were all so compassionate, pleasant, competent, efficient and thorough. Best case scenario for emergency surgery."

"After being in excruciating pain for days and going to three dentist, I got a referral to Dr Carroll. After multiple X-rays (at least 8) the previous dentists didn’t treat me or address the issue because they said they couldn’t see the problem. One X-ray in Dr. Carroll’s office and he identified the problem; tooth 18 was fractured in the center of the tooth. He explained to me in detail what he needed to do and was very clear about any possible risk and concerns due to having the tooth removed. He also went over options if I wanted to save the tooth. I chose to have it removed. During the procedure he was very gentle, attentive, polite and courteous, as well as his assistant (I think her name is Annabel). I needed to take several breaks to swallow, catch my breath, etc… and not once did Dr. Carroll show any signs of impatiences or anything. He was really concerned about my well being. His “bedside manner” is very caring and understanding. Sometimes doctors can make us feel like we’re just a number and they need to hurry us along quickly to get to the next patient. Not so with Dr. Carroll. He really takes care of his patients. This may sound strange after getting my tooth pulled, but I really had an awesome experience. From beginning to end, the whole office was great. I hope I don’t have any more pain associated with my teeth but if I do I’ll definitely be back to see Dr. Carroll and staff. I highly recommend him and his team. A big thumbs up and thank you to Dr. Carroll and his staff."
