"If I could give 0 stars I would. Just over 2 years ago Flores Flooring installed a laminate floor in my business. It was not installed properly and they aren't doing anything to correct the mess they have made. It is doing what is called "cupping" as well as corners are chipping and the floor has become a tripping hazzard. It is going to cost me an additional $19,000 to fix my floor. I have attached photos of what has happened to my floor because of bad install. When I contacted them, they did come look at it and blamed it on me because I didn't tell them to put a moisture barrier under laminate. I'm not the floor professional. Seems neither are they"
